Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Global Content & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and distributing compelling marketing content tailored for cold leads, warm prospects, and existing clients. You will ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive engagement, supporting our sales funnel with powerful storytelling and precise communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for outreach campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation flows.
- Write and produce high-quality marketing materials including email and LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, and social media content.
- Tailor messaging for cold outreach, warm nurturing, and customer retention initiatives, ensuring relevance and engagement across all audiences.
- Coordinate with the design team to integrate strong visual assets into content.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all lead follow-up and client communications are tracked and personalized.
- Stay updated on FMCG/CPG industry trends to produce relevant and attractive content.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to align content with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications, ideally in B2B environments.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools and email / LinkdIn marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with the FMCG/CPG industry and B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and German
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Understanding of CGI, product marketing, or packshot production is a major plus.
